Lunada Hike
We took a hike with the Belofskys and they showed us this awesome hike down the cliffs in Lunada Bay to a cave/crevasse that had a little waterfall- who knew?
It was one of Jesse's best days too. The hike was at he base of a surf spot that was going off. He saw Brad out there tearing it up. Jesse decided to go surfing later that day in some of the best surf in a long time. When he got home he couldn't even get out of his van. He was passed out in the car, on our driveway, with a smile on his face for about 15 minutes- Life is Good!

Sledding
The day after the blizzard was beautiful, sunny and loaded with snow. We went to a place called Sledz that had a rope-toe which would pull your tube as you sat in it to the top of the mountain and then you could ride down. My kind of sledding, we all had some pretty crazy rides

Team sledding- Jesse, Hailey, Molly and Luke

Jesse took the tubing to another level. He launched himself with Hailey over the embankment mid-run into the powder. Hailey wouldn't go down with daddy after that, only mommy. Here they are happy together before the launch

afterwards, she didn't cry or anything, just done with daddy

Pete using his brakes, Papa filmed us going down the hill and Pete won for the most spectaular ride. He hit a bump, flew into the air and the back of his heels hit the back of his head while being airborn. The reaction of Pete when he got to the bottom was caught on video- priceless, One fired up sledding boy!

Mammoth Mountain
We went to Mammoth right after Christmas, Pete and Luke had never seen snow before and were pretty excited! Our place was 250 feet to the Gondala in Mammoth which was key with that many little ones. (that is Pete walking) The snow was unreal, tons of it and powdery on the slopes. It was a great trip with much laughter
