San Diego

We woke up at 7:15 Monday morning and Jesse said, “lets go to San Diego”.  We were in the car and packed by 9am.  Love that we can do that.  We had a nice mellow visit with all the family in San Diego

Camping Carpinteria

Hailey and I went camping with a bunch of neighbors (Meyers, Agonias and Mendozas) for 3 days.  I can’t tell you how much fun we had.  Hailey was in her element, lots of girls, it was so cute to see.  The best part, I actually slept, so I enjoyed it too!

School events

Shane published a poem book at school through a grant they got.  He is very proud of his work and Hailey is entertained by it

The 1st grade class does a play called the Great Kapok Tree.  Hailey was a jaguar and took her part very seriously!

Shane had such an awesome year, Mr. Sams made 4th grade a lot of fun.  They do a big Archeological dig at school for 3 days

The 4th grade also went on an overnight trip to the Lazy W Ranch in San Juan Capistrano.   Shane said it was so much fun making adobe bricks, weaving, hiking, making candles and couldn’t stop talking about the great food.  I know what Shane ate for all 6 meals, that’s all he told me about the trip

Baketline

Shane’s new obsession, trampoline and basketball.  He has really perfected his moves, it’s pretty impressive to watch him.
