Easter

Hailey asked Shane to wake her up at 7am, she’s a sleeper.  He did so and here they are at 7:03.  Ready for the egg hunt

As Jesse and I were getting dressed for brunch we looked outside and saw the kids all dressed and ready to go- sitting on the dirty steps holding our chickens.

Spring Break

Thanks to all the points the business gets at the Doubletree, we used some to stay at the Hilton in Huntington Beach.   We brought scooters and skateboards, our mode of transportation for the stay

Palm Desert Bday weekend

We joined Papu and Papa for the weekend in Palm Desert during the tennis tournament.  Jesse surprised me and pulled up in a Porsche for the week.  Lets just say we are lucky to not have gotten a ticket.

Shane’s happy place,  2 hoops in a fenced in court.  He woke up sore the next day.  We need one of those sports courts

At night we would go for walks on the golf course with the sprinklers on, kicking a soccer ball in the pitch dark.  It was super fun, especially when someone’s  headlights shined on us and we told the kids it was the cops.  We low crawled and “got away”.

One of the highlights is going to Mikados for my Bday dinner.  The kids talked and talked about going there all week.  Boats, fire, flying food, volcanoes and jokes, Mikados has it all
