Each night in Paso, two families paired up to prepare dinner. We ate like kings. Every meal was great: the Camp's night one steak and salmon, the
Wada's and
Katos's night two did a Japanese "
Shabu Shabu" ("Swish Swish"....picture fondue with a light broth instead of oil), the Graves' and
Abrajano's did Father's Day Brunch, and the
Coogan's and Alvin's rounded it off with a Mexican Fiesta.
